Youth opportunities

1. Students from Polytechnic or Universities who are enrolled to complete their statutory IT/SIWES program for one year are needed to work in an international company located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Background: The students must possess a minimum of upper credit or a GPA of 3.0. They must have had experience with on-site work and are students from the following departments: Civil Structural Engineering, Building technology & Architecture

Note: This is a paid internship. Students will enjoy the benefits of Health Insurance, Life Insurance & Workmen’s compensation. Our interns are treated like staff members; they have real jobs and are evaluated based on their performance.         Start date is 1st November 2010.

  • Legal (Research).

    I like what you are doing, I too have an aim of focusing on mainly the youth and their parents, you all put a quote from Ken Robinson, he did a talk on TED talks of which he spoke about that education kills creativity and especially in Nigeria where youth not by their choice are doing majors of which they do not want to do so we see that the hierarchy of education is just nothing more that the hierarchy of industrialization, youth moving into majors not because it is their gift, but because it is a fear of their parents, society, and them in not getting a job, as if only the engineers will develop our nation while all the great dancers, writers, musicians of our times are buried long before they reach the grave.
